By participating as a vendor in a Nature's Bling Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Rotation & Participation:

Nature's Bling reserves the right to rotate vendors to ensure variety and balance at each event. Participation in one event does not guarantee acceptance in future events.

We reserve the right to refuse a vendor’s participation in future events without providing a reason.

Product & Service Offerings:

Vendors are only permitted to offer the products or services listed in their product/service description as provided in the vendor sign-up form. Any deviation from the listed offerings must be approved in advance by Nature's Bling.

Offering unlisted services or products at the event is prohibited and may result in removal from the current and future events.

Payment & Fees:

Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure your space at the market. Space is not confirmed until the payment is received.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event of a no-show (see below).

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, vendors may roll their payment over to the next market one time.

A second no-show will result in the forfeiture of your vendor fee, and you will lose the right to request a refund or roll over your payment to a future event.

Ethical Practices:

Vendors must adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Nature's Bling market. This includes:

• Consent and Boundaries: Vendors will respect the consent and boundaries of all attendees, especially in relation to energy work or spiritual services.
• Harm None: No vendor shall engage in practices or offer services that intend to harm others, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
• Environmental Stewardship: Vendors will take care to use sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in their offerings whenever possible. Overharvesting of plants or use of non-biodegradable offerings is discouraged.
• Fair Exchange and Energy Reciprocity: Vendors are expected to engage in fair exchange practices, ensuring that energy flow in transactions, services, and exchanges remains balanced and positive.
• Honoring Free Will: All services and offerings must respect the free will of individuals. Vendors should avoid any practices that coerce or control others, focusing on empowering and positively enhancing the lives of attendees.
• Health Claims: Vendors must not claim to cure, heal, or prevent any diseases or medical conditions unless they hold the appropriate medical licenses to do so. All offerings must comply with legal and ethical guidelines, avoiding any advice or claims that conflict with the recommendations of licensed medical professionals.

Medical Disclaimers:

Vendors are strictly prohibited from providing medical diagnoses or promising cures for diseases unless they possess the necessary legal and medical qualifications.

Any spiritual, holistic, or alternative health services offered should include clear disclaimers that they are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice, and clients should always consult with licensed medical professionals.

Inclusivity and Safe Space:

Nature's Bling market is an all-inclusive event. We do not promote or tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected statuses.

Nature's Bling has undergone training to prevent hate crimes against minority groups, and we are committed to providing a safe place for all vendors and attendees.

Vendors must align with our mission of spreading love, positivity, and helping people grow on their spiritual journey. Any vendor found to be in violation of this inclusive policy will be asked to leave the event and will be excluded from future events.

By submitting your vendor application and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
